HATHA YOGA

YOGA // Level: Beginner

It is a branch of yoga. You can get a basic understanding on how yoga postures connects the mind with the body. With regular practice, it creates an absolute balance of physical body, mind and energy. You will be able to discover the benefits not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually. 

哈達瑜伽是傳統瑜伽派別的其中一種。 課堂會教授如何利用基本瑜伽體位法,去達致身體及心靈合一。恆常練習,有助平衡身、心及能量水平,達致身體內外調息,啟迪心靈及精神飽滿的狀態。

VINYASA FLOW

YOGA // Level: Beginner to Intermediate

The lesson emphasises the seamless link between breathing and rhythm to allow the continuous flow of active and passive yoga postures. Asana postures require energetic movements and energy. It starts with Sun Salutation (Pose Sequencing) to warm up the body. Each posture connects with a single breathe in (Inhale) and breathe out (Exhale).  

課堂會教授如何用一套呼吸和動作,串聯一系列動態與靜態的瑜伽體位法,節奏明快利落,提升身體能量。常用拜日式作前段熱身,每個吸氣及吐氣都有動作。

DETOX YOGA

YOGA // Level: Beginner

It concentrates on deep stretching and compressing. It rinses your organs and improves circulations by different postures like forward bend, back bend and twisting. Entired body feels refresh and rejuvenate 

着重伸展及壓縮,透過前彎、後彎、扭轉、彎曲等體位式,深層按摩身體器官,促進血液循環及新陳代謝,達到淨化排毒的效果,重展生機。

RELAX STRETCH

YOGA // Level: Beginner

Starting with gentle stretches, muscle strength is progressively gained while enhancing body flexibility. The benefits include stress relief and alleviate anxiety after long hours of work.

輕柔伸展動作作起點,循序漸進加強肌耐力及提升柔軟度,放鬆緊張的心情,拋開一日工作的繁重。
