2 parts in this class:-

In the first part, aerial stretching mixes with dance techniques. 

 

In the second part, with the elements of music, dancing with the soul and incorporating the flow of multiple body turns in mid air. It enhances muscle endurance and body balancing while seeking the inner beauty of aerial art. 

課程分為兩部份-

前半部份會利用空中吊床作深層伸展及學習舞蹈技巧。

 

後半部份會配合音樂,用舞蹈帶動情感,半空中扭動身體及串連一系列的動作,鍛鍊肌耐力及平衡力之外,展現別具優雅體態美。
