AERIAL 1
AERIAL// Level: Beginner
2 parts in this class:-
In the first part, deep stretching is performed with the use of a hammock. It supports the body weight while anti-gravity techniques alleviates the pressure on the spine and hamstrings. Muscles become relaxed and trains body balancing.
In the second part, 1 basic single aerial posture is learnt, preparing subsequent actions, to enhance muscle endurance and flexibility.
課程分為兩部份-
前半部份會利用空中吊床作深層伸展。它具有彈性及承托作用,通過地心吸力的原理,支撐身體及卸去部份重力,達到舒緩脊椎和大腿筋的崩緊,放鬆肌肉及訓練平衡力。
後半部份會學習半空中做出單一瑜伽動作,準備串連多個動作,鍛鍊肌耐力及提升柔軟度。

AERIAL 2
AERIAL // Level: Intermediate
2 parts in this class:-
In the first part, deep stretching is performed with the use of a hammock.
In the second part, with the basic foundation of aerial yoga, incorporate the flow of multiple body turns in mid air. It enhances muscle endurance and body balancing.
課程分為兩部分-
前半部分會利用空中吊床作深層伸展。
後半部份以空中瑜伽的原理為基礎,半空中扭動身體及串連一系列的動作,鍛鍊肌耐力及平衡力。
